NIMJN Human Trafficking Reporting Fellow
Krishna Bahadur Bist is one of the recipients of the NIMJN Human Trafficking Reporting Fellowship. This fellowship was open to the training participants of the NIMJN’s Reporting on Human Trafficking and Human Rights using Multimedia Tools training held in Dhangadhi for the journalists in Sudurpashchim Province, supported by Australian Aid.
Krishna was selected based on his story idea and pitch related to human trafficking issues in Sudurpaschim Province. He is currently working as a District Correspondent for Annapurna National Daily and AP1 Television, focusing on in-depth coverage of local social issues. Krishna began his journalism career at Radio Seven Star in Baitadi. He has also worked with News24 TV and the Himalayan Times national daily newspaper.
